I was going to skip baking cookies for Dr. Seuss day this year because life has been so crazy with trying to sell our house and building the new one. Then I realized Ellie is in first grade this year and it's likely her last year to truly enjoy this celebration so right at the last minute I got to work. Ellie was so excited about it that it made it all worth it. I love how much the kids look forward to these types of traditions.
